Shipping
Orders ship from North Texas. Processing and delivery windows will be posted here once checkout opens — we want timing to be accurate before we publish a promise.
You will receive tracking when your order ships.
Bulk & custom
Bulk discounts are available on large orders of 10+ pieces. Custom colors beyond the listed options may be available — email [email protected] with what you need.
Cheer earrings and bag tags can also be ordered with custom names or team text (and non-standard colors such as White or Black). Reach out to [email protected] with color, name/team text, and quantity.
Returns
If something isn’t right, email us within 14 days of delivery. Unopened items in original condition are eligible for return or exchange. We’ll share a return address and next steps by email.
